Random thought/imagery: M.Net has an IRC channel on TAIN and I spend a lot of time with my IRC clients idling there. I really get the oddest sense of floating in cold, dark space until someone says something... and then this odd electronic void lights up. It's like a synapse firing.

This is soooo cool. Dave has been cool enough to register my very own domain for me. As soon as I work out the logistics the headspace will be moving to jareds-headspace.org, which is a significantly more reasonable URL. Gotta dig that. Dave, you have my undying gratitude.

Does anyone have any good pointers to hypertext theory. I remember hearing some time ago about the original thinking behind hypertext but I have lost the thread now. I would like to see the headspace evolve in to something more than just a random collection of my ramblings.

I _loathe_ scrollbars. There should be a better solution for the problem of content size exceeding viewable area.
