++karatop and I have recently switched soaps, at her recommendation, to Dr. Bronner's PEPPERMINT Pure-Castile Soap. Want to talk about exciting mornings! Whew! One of the oils in this soap (the peppermint?) really makes it tingle. The first time I used it I was a little worried I was going to have deal with chills all day or something. Now that I've gotten used to it I think it's a really good soap. My skin feels a lot better. I can recommend it.

Is anyone else amazed at our mild weather of late? I woke up, this third day of summer, and it was probably fifty degrees (f). I live in Oklahoma. It's June! What's wrong with this picture? (Not that I'm complaining, mind you). I think we've had our air conditioner on about 6 days since we moved in. Our bedroom has windows on the north and west walls (two each). We left two of them open last night and I was actually chilly this morning. I love it!

In other news, I've started digitally signing my emails again... for whatever that's worth. Enigmail (an addon for thunderbird) makes it really easy. The classical problem, of course, is that for this to make any positive difference most people need to do it. Personally, I would like to see mail clients make it transparent to users. Identity theft in email is so rampant (and easy) that it would be nice to have some small assurance that you can trust a given mail to truly be from the listed sender.
