Nightmares OR Learning to Fear Plumbing

I had the oddest nightmare last night. Perhaps the oddest thing about it, really, is that I actually remember some of it today. I don't recall how it kicked off but for some reason I went outside to turn off the water to the house at the City's shutoff valve. At this point I noticed that I was having some kind of serious plumbing problems with the pipes coming to the house from the street. It is worth mentioning that in this particular dream I didn't have your typical cement or brass water main... I had this truly epic snarl of pipes. Great, huge pipes... the kind you might associate with offshore drilling or other heavy industry. Accompanying these monstrosities were the expected complement of flanges with bolts the size of fists, and pumps, and manholes. For some reason all of this feat of plumbing spanned a large ditch at the side of the house and every time I would turn on the shutoff water would leak and jet everywhere and this ditch would fill and threaten the house. One other strange detail was the manholes and valve covers. There were a great many of them of varying sizes and shapes. The cover for the shutoff valve was where it is in reality but the rest live solely in this dreamscape. One of these manholes, however, was this huge vaguely key shaped portal to the city's underbelly and it had strange markings on it... almost like tolkien's runes. About the time I was noticing this I woke up. *shrug* Who knows what weirdness lurks in the minds of men?

Extra

I'd like to take a brief moment to recommend Miles Davis' _Sketches of Spain_. I was listening to it again today and I was, as always, really impressed by it. Brilliant work.

For some reason I am filled with this incredible urge to play Tetris. Anyone know of a PC tetris that doesn't suck?

Emulation Nation
Have PC will emulate... I don't know of any PC versions that are any good, but you could always nab an emulator and one of the old nes roms (I know there was at least 1 good version on NES if not SNES)
